Aage Rundberget
Aage Rundberget (born 19 January 1947) is a Norwegian judge and civil servant. He grew up in Våler, Hedmark, and has four siblings. He took the cand.jur. degree at the University of Oslo in 1971. He worked as a civil servant in the Ministry of Justice and Statskonsult before becoming a judge. He was a deputy judge in Voss and an acting judge in Bergen City Court. From 1986 to 1993 he was the chief administrative officer (''fylkesrådmann'') of Sør-Trøndelag County Municipality. He then became a presiding judge in Frostating Court of Appeal. From 1998 to 2000, while County Governor of Sør-Trøndelag Kåre Gjønnes was appointed in the first cabinet Bondevik, Rundberget served as Acting County Governor. In 2009 he was appointed as the first presiding judge in Frostating. He has two sons, a cohabitant and two stepdaughters. Byåsen
Byåsen is a large neighborhood area in the city of Trondheim in Trøndelag county, Norway. It constitutes a large part of the city in the borough of Midtbyen. It encompasses a number of areas southwest of the main city centre. This includes all areas on the west side of the river Nidelva and north of Granåsen. This is mainly a residential area, with 32,136 residents as of January 1, 2003. Gråkallbanen tram line connects Byåsen to the city centre along with a number of bus routes (8, 5, and 19) as well as night time services by bus and tram in the weekends. The name Byåsen can be translated into "city hill", which describes its elevated position, overlooking the rest of Trondheim. The view of Trondheim can be seen from Utsikten (meaning "the view") around which the wealthier residents of Byåsen live. Roald is a village in Giske Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located on the northern part of the island Vigra. Ottar Brage Guttelvik (born 29 September 1953) is a Norwegian civil servant and politician for the Labour Party. He graduated with a siv.øk. degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He was the chief administrative officer of Eide municipality from 1986 to 1990 and assisting chief administrative officer of Sør-Trøndelag County Municipality from 1990 to 1994. After the resignation of Aage Rundberget in 1993, Guttelvik served as acting chief administrative officer until Ole Johan Lund was hired.
