"A Positive" is a 1998 horror short story by Kaaron Warren. Background "A Positive" was first published in Australia in 1998 in issue #10 of the horror magazine ''Bloodsongs''. The issue was edited by Steve Proposch and David G. Barnett and published by Implosion Publishing and was the last issue of Bloodsongs to be published. The Internet Speculative Fiction Database (ISFDB) is a database of bibliographic information on genres considered speculative fiction, including science fiction and related genres such as fantasy, alternate history, and horror fiction. Glyn Parry (author)
Glyn Parry is an Australian writer of children's literature, young adult fiction, and speculative fiction. Biography Parry was born in 1959 in the north-east of England. At the age of 12 he moved to Lynwood, Western Australia where he attended Kinlock Primary School and then Rossmoyne Senior High School. Parry met his wife at a Friday night youth group with whom he raised three children. He has worked as a high school English teacher. In 1992 Parry's first novel was published entitled ''L.A. Postcards''. In 1995 his second novel ''Radical Take-offs'' won the Premier's Prize and the award for best Children's & Young Adult's Books at the Western Australian Premier's Book Awards. The Camden School for Girls (CSG) is a comprehensive secondary school for girls, with a co-educational sixth form, in the London Borough of Camden in north London. It has about one thousand students of ages eleven to eighteen, and specialist-school status as a Music College. The school has long been associated with the advancement of women's education. History Founded in 1871 by the suffragist Frances Mary Buss, who also founded North London Collegiate School, the Camden School for Girls was one of the first girls' schools in England. Although not a fee-paying school by then, girls in the mid-20th century wore a traditional uniform of dark green, with blue and green striped ties.
