Fernanda Torres
Fernanda Pinheiro Monteiro Torres (born 15 September 1965) is a Brazilian film, stage and television actress and writer. She was born in Rio de Janeiro, the daughter of the Oscar-nominated actress Fernanda Montenegro and the actor Fernando Torres. In May 1986, she received the Best Actress Award at Cannes Festival for '' Eu Sei Que Vou Te Amar'' at the age of 20. She is married to movie producer and director Andrucha Waddington, who directed her and her mother in the 2005 film ''The House of Sand''. They have two sons together, Joaquim (b. 2000) and Antônio (born on April 10, 2008). She is also the stepmother of João (b. 1993) and Pedro (b. 1995). Regina Maria Loureiro Barreto Casé OMC (born 25 February 1954) is a Brazilian actress, screenwriter, director, producer, and television presenter. Career In 1974, Casé, together with Hamilton Vaz Pereira, Jorge Alberto Soares, Luiz Arthur Peixoto e Daniel Dantas, founded a theater company called Asdrúbal Trouxe o Trombone ("Asdrúbal brought the trombone") in Rio de Janeiro. The group was influential in the cultural scene of Rio in the late 1970s. The group's debut production was an adaptation of '' The Inspector General'' by Nikolai Gogol. André Klotzel
André Klotzel (born July 30, 1954) is a Brazilian film director, producer and screenwriter. Born in São Paulo, Klotzel always enjoyed photography and thus studied it at the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo in 1973. In the following year, he took an internship to work with Anibal Massaini at the Boca do Lixo and also directed a short film. He worked on several functions, having worked in almost 15 films in the period he was in the college. The Cinemateca Brasileira is the institution responsible for preserving Brazilian audiovisual production. In July 2021, it experienced a major fire.
