A Little Sound
Abigail Kate Morgan, known professionally as A Little Sound, is an English drum and bass musician and TikToker. She won Best Vocalist at the Drum&BassArena Awards 2022. She is a member of Loud LDN. Life and career Early life and releases Abigail Kate Morgan grew up in Taunton. She spent a year studying at a university in Chichester before moving to Bristol to study at the city's British and Irish Modern Music Institute. She started writing songs when she was ten, and uploading covers of popular acoustic and country songs to her YouTube channel "A Little Sound" when she was eleven, which she then started annotating with drum and bass after finding her tracks weren't attracting views. One cover version, of " Reality" by Lost Frequencies, attracted 100,000 views, which brought her to the attention of Kanine; Morgan would feature on two records by them, "Face Away" on 25 October 2019, and "Back In Time" on 21 February 2020. Taunton
Taunton () is the county town of Somerset, England, with a 2011 population of 69,570. Its thousand-year history includes a 10th-century monastic foundation, Taunton Castle, which later became a priory. The Normans built a castle owned by the Bishops of Winchester. Charlotte Plank is an Australian-British singer. She has released three solo singles, and has also featured on the single "Dancing Is Healing" by Rudimental and Vibe Chemistry, which charted at No. 5 on the UK Singles Chart. She is also a member of Loud LDN. Life and career Early life Plank was born in Australia, and attended Notting Hill Academy of Music. Her parents met in Australia in the early 1990s rave scene; her uncle was a DJ. Willow Katherine Kayne is a British singer. She won an Ivor Novello Rising Star Award in 2021. She is a member of Loud LDN. Early life Willow Katherine Kayne was born to Toploader's ''Dancing in the Moonlight''. Her sister makes classical music, and her mother, Emma, was a teaching assistant at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School in Corsham, who had previously produced music videos by The Prodigy, Nick Cave, and Erasure. In 2011, the Wiltshire Times noted that a "ten-year-old" Willow and a classmate had addressed Wiltshire Council, following threats to withdraw the subsidised bus she was travelling to St. Patrick's from; the same article noted that she travelled there "from Melksham". Piri
The ''piri'' is a Korean double reed instrument, used in both the folk and classical (court) music of Korea. Originating in Central Asia, it was introduced to the Korean peninsula from China, and has been used there as early as the Three Kingdoms period, most notably in the states of Goguryeo and Baekje. Boardmasters
Boardmasters Festival is an annual event held in Cornwall, United Kingdom, usually spanning five days on the second weekend of August. The event is a combination of live music and surfing/skateboarding competitions in and around the town of Newquay. The festival was founded in 1981 as a surfing competition, and in 2005 it was expanded to include music acts, taking place at Watergate Bay. The current capacity is 53,000. The majority of the music performances take place to the north of Newquay near Watergate Bay. The Men's Pro 5 Star WQS surf competition takes place on Fistral Beach where a skate ramp is built for the BMX and Skateboard competitions. Chase & Status are an English electronic music duo composed of Saul Milton (Chase) and Will Kennard (Status). In addition, Andy Gangadeen is the drummer when the band performs live.
