ATB Financial Classic
The ATB Financial Classic is a golf tournament on PGA Tour Canada. It was first played in 2007, and was merged with the Edmonton Open in 2010. From 2007 to 2015, it was played at a different course in Alberta each year. From 2016 to 2021, it was played at Country Hills Golf Club in Calgary. In 2022, it moved to Edmonton Petroleum Golf and Country Club in Edmonton. Golf
Golf is a club-and-ball sport in which players use various clubs to hit balls into a series of holes on a course in as few strokes as possible. Golf, unlike most ball games, cannot and does not use a standardized playing area, and coping with the varied terrains encountered on different courses is a key part of the game. Hayden Buckley (golfer)
Charles Hayden Buckley (born March 1, 1996) is an American professional golfer on the PGA Tour. He won the 2019 ATB Financial Classic on the PGA Tour Canada and the 2021 LECOM Suncoast Classic on the Korn Ferry Tour. College career Buckley went to high school in Tupelo, Mississippi. Despite not being heavily recruited in high school, Buckley signed with the University of Missouri where he enjoyed four college wins. By his senior year, he was a first-team All-Southeastern Conference selection, a third-team All-American, and named the Missouri Male Athlete of the Year for the 2017–18 season. Professional career Buckley turned professional in 2018. In the 2019 season, he played in all 12 PGA Tour Canada events, making 11 cuts and registering six top-10 finishes. Charlie Bull (golfer)
Charles Harry Bull (29 March 1909 – 28 May 1939) was an English sportsman who played in 175 first-class cricket matches between 1929 and 1939 for Kent County Cricket Club and later for Worcestershire County Cricket Club. Bull also represented England at table tennis, winning a number of World Table Tennis Championships medals between 1928 and 1932. Cricket career After having made a number of appearances for Kent's Second XI in the late 1920s, Bull made his first-class cricket debut against Surrey in July 1929; he scored 23 in his only innings and sent down three overs for 19. Chase Wright (golfer)
Chase Wright (born June 16, 1989) is an American professional golfer. Wright was born in Muncie, Indiana. He attended Delta High School where he was a four-time Indiana All-State squad member. Wright won the AJGA Andover Open in 2005. In college, he played golf for Indiana University. In his senior year, Wright was an Academic All-Big Ten selection as well as named to the All-Big Ten First Team. He turned professional in 2012. Professional history Wright played in one PGA Tour event in 2012 and finished T64 at The McGladrey Classic.
