''AM Conspiracy'' is the debut album by American Alternative metal band AM Conspiracy. It was recorded in early 2009 at Belle City Sound in Racine, Wisconsin with Chris Wisco, who plays bass in Novembers Doom. The first single off album, "Pictures", was mixed by Randy Staub, who has previously worked with Metallica, Nickelback, Alice in Chains and most recently Thousand Foot Krutch, among others. However, according to fmqb.com, the band released another song titled "Welt" as a digital single. Background Frontman Jones recently told AOL's Noisecreep about album, "It's 13 songs, all very different from each other. We try to mix it up and keep it going. We did it because a lot of records that have been coming out lately, in my opinion, sound like one long song. We try to steer away from that as far as possible. AM Conspiracy was an American alternative metal band from Orlando, Florida, formed in 2005. Their current lineup consists of Jason "Gong" Jones, who was member of the band Drowning Pool when they recorded the album '' Desensitized'', (vocals), Dean Andrews (drums), Kenny Harrelson (bass guitar), Drew Burke (guitar), and Rob DeHaven (guitar). As of 2013, the band is on hiatus. History The band began when two long-time friends, Dean Andrews and Kenny Harrelson met with Jason "Gong" Jones, former front man of Drowning Pool. Soil (often stylized as SOiL) is an American rock band that was formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1997. Jason "Gong" Jones is an American musician, singer and songwriter. Originally a tattoo artist, he was the frontman and vocalist of rock band Drowning Pool from 2003 to 2005, providing vocals for the band's 2004 album '' Desensitized'' after Dave Williams's death. Novembers Doom is an American death-doom band from Chicago, currently signed to Prophecy Productions. Along with Evoken and Rigor Sardonicous, Novembers Doom is one of the earliest American death-doom bands still active today.
