AEL Limassol
Athlitiki Enosi Lemesou ( el, Αθλητική Ένωση Λεμεσού, translation=Athletic Union of Limassol) commonly known as AEL, is a Cypriot sports club based in the city of Limassol, most famous for its football team. AEL also maintains a men's and women's basketball teams, a women's volleyball team and a (newly established in 1976) Futsal team, a women's handball team as well as a cricket team. AEL is one of the most successful clubs on the island and the most successful in Limassol with 17 official football trophies consisting of 6 first division championships, 7 cups and 4 super cups. Athletic Club Omonia Nicosia ( el, Αθλητικός Σύλλογος Oμόνοιας Λευκωσίας, ΑΣΟΛ; ''Athlitikos Sillogos Omonias Lefkosias'', ''ASOL''), commonly known as Omonia Nicosia, or simply Omonia ("Harmony"; also transliterated as Omonoia), is a Cypriot professional multi-sport club, established on 4 June 1948 in Nicosia. Kaká (footballer, Born 1981)
Claudiano Bezerra da Silva (born 16 May 1981), known as Kaká (), is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back. Club career Kaká was born in São José do Belmonte, Pernambuco. Until 2006 he was on contract to União Bandeirante Futebol Clube, also being loaned to several modest Brazilian clubs. For 2006–07 he made the move to Europe, joining Portuguese side Académica de Coimbra and being an undisputed starter in his second season in the Primeira Liga (all 30 games played, 2,700 minutes of action), as they finished in 12th position. In May 2008, Kaká signed with Bundesliga's Hertha BSC for €1.9 million. 2013–14 Cypriot First Division
The 2013–14 Cypriot First Division was the 75th season of the Cypriot top-level football league. It began on 31 August 2013 and ended on 31 May 2014. APOEL were the defending champions. The league comprised eleven teams from the 2012–13 season and three promoted teams from the 2012–13 Second Division. The 17 May 2014 title deciding match between AEL Limassol and APOEL was abandoned (at 0–0) after 52 minutes, when a bomb thrown by AEL fans, hit and injured APOEL's player Kaká. The match was replayed behind closed doors at a neutral stadium on 31 May 2014 and APOEL achieved to win their second consecutive league title after beating AEL Limassol by 1–0. 2014–15 Cypriot First Division
The 2014–15 Cypriot First Division was the 76th season of the Cypriot top-level football league. It began on 23 August 2014 and ended on 24 May 2015. APOEL were the defending champions. The league reduced from 14 to 12 teams this season, comprised ten teams from the 2013–14 season and two promoted teams from the 2013–14 B1 Division. APOEL won the league for a 24th time and a third time in a row, after amassing 62 points. 2012 Bulgarian Supercup
The 2012 Bulgarian Supercup was the tenth Bulgarian Supercup match, a football match which was contested between the "A" professional football group champion, Ludogorets, and the runner-up of the Bulgarian Cup, Lokomotiv Plovdiv. As the Bulgarian Cup winner for 2012 was also the team of Ludogorets, Lokomotiv Plovdiv therefore played in the Supercup match as the finalist. The match was played on 11 July 2012 at the Lazur Stadium in Burgas, Bulgaria. This was the first ever Supercup final for Ludogorets in their history. While for Lokomotiv Plovdiv this was their second participation after 2004 when they won the Cup after a 1:0 win against Litex Lovech. Ludogorets secured their 1st Bulgarian Supercup in history. The 2012 Bulgarian Cup Final was the 72nd final of the Bulgarian Cup, and was contested between Lokomotiv Plovdiv and Ludogorets Razgrad on 16 May 2012. Ludogorets won the final 2–1, claiming their first Bulgarian Cup title. Ivaylo Bogdanov Petev ( bg, Ивайло Богданов Петев; born 9 July 1975) is a Bulgarian professional football manager and former player who is the head coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. He spent his whole career playing in Bulgaria, a part from a season at Greek club Trikala. Petev was most successful early in his career with hometown club Litex Lovech. After finishing his playing career, he became a manager, managing and having the most success at Bulgarian club Ludogorets Razgrad. José Carlos Fernandes Vidigal (born 11 July 1969), commonly known as Lito, is an Angolan professional football manager and former player who played as a defender. He spent his entire playing career in Portugal, mainly with Belenenses in the Primeira Liga. An Angolan international for five years, he played at the 1998 Africa Cup of Nations.
