Aydin Aliyev
Colonel General Aydin Aliyev Ali oglu ( az, Aydın Əliyev Əli oğlu; born May 28, 1957) is the current Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan Republic, a post which makes him part of the Cabinet of Azerbaijan. Early life Colonel General of Customs Service Aliyev was born on May 28, 1957, in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 1979, he graduated from Law School of Azerbaijan State University cum laude. He then started working as a teacher at the same university. In 1980–1992, he worked as the senior consultant, assistant to Minister, assistant Manager of HR Department, judge at the State Arbitration Board of Azerbaijan Republic, head of department at the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan. State Customs Committee (Azerbaijan)
The State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan Republic ( az, Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Gömrük Komitəsi) is a governmental agency within the Cabinet of Azerbaijan in charge of customs clearance for imports and exports, and regulation of all customs activities within Azerbaijan Republic. The committee is headed by Safar Mehdiyev. History Baku Customs Office was originally created in 1809 as a part of Astrakhan Customs District within the Russian Empire. On July 31, 1831, it was transferred to the Transcaucasian Customs District and in 1832 it was renamed to Baku Warehouse Customs. On May 4, 1847, the agency was transformed into ''Baku Quaranteen Customs Department''. On December 8, 1897, according to a new law, the department was transformed into Baku Customs Department again and transferred to Tbilisi Caucasus Customs District on June 1, 1911. Baku State University (BSU) ( az, Bakı Dövlət Universiteti (BDU)) is a public university located in Baku, Azerbaijan. Established in 1919 by the Parliament of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, the university started with faculties of history and philology, physics and mathematics, and law and medicine, with an initial enrollment of 1094. The first rector of BSU was V.I.Razumovsky, a former professor of surgery at Kazan University. In 1930, the government ordered the university shut down in accordance with a reorganization of higher education, and the university was replaced with the Supreme Pedagogical Institute. Kamaladdin Heydarov Fattah oglu ( az, Kəmaləddin Heydərov Fəttah oğlu; born 15 July 1961) is an Azerbaijani politician, businessperson and composer serving as the Minister of Emergency Situations.
