Axess Magasin
''Axess magasin'' is a Swedish-language magazine published in Sweden. The magazine is published by Axess Publishing AB which is owned by Nordstjernan Kultur och Media, a company in the Ax:son Johnson Group. The magazine was established in 2002 and is based in Stockholm. Until issue 2007:6 the magazine was only called ''Axess''. At the same time the magazine changed profile towards more culture issues. The magazine is chiefly devoted to the liberal arts and social sciences. ''Axess'' aims to unite academic culture and publishing culture to create a forum in which researchers in the humanities and liberal arts can meet a wider public. ''Axess'' is published nine times a year. Each issue has a theme where different academic disciplines are allowed to spotlight central issues from various perspectives. Axess TV
Axess TV is a Swedish television channel belonging to the Axel and Margaret Ax:son Johnson Foundation. It is mainly devoted to cultural and science programmes. The Ax:son Johnson Foundation applied for a license to broadcast in the Swedish digital terrestrial television network in the autumn of 2005. The channel was awarded a license to broadcast free-to-air in the Weekends in February 2006. Trial broadcasts started on 27 May 2006. The first weekend contained the opera ''Dialogues of the Carmelites'', the British sitcom ''Yes Minister ''Yes Minister'' is a British political satire sitcom written by Antony Jay and Jonathan Lynn. Axess (CRS)
Axess (アクセス国際ネットワーク) is a computer reservations system based in Japan which provides its services in the Japanese market. It originated as the IT department of Japan Airlines called Jalinfotech. In 1991 it was established as an independent company it began to be marketed to travel agencies in Japan. In 1995 Axess partnered with Sabre Holdings in order to provide travel agencies in Japan with booking and ticketing capabilities for a wider range of international airlines. On April 23, 2012, Travelport, the business services provider to the global travel industry, announced a long-term agreement with AXESS International Network, the leading Japanese GDS owned by Japan Airlines (JAL). Axess Vision Technology
Axess Vision Technology is a start-up company and manufacturer of medical devices, mainly endoscopes. It is headquartered in Saint Pierre des Corps, France. It is competing with Ambu and Single Use Surgical Ltd to develop the world first generation of disposable endoscopes. These companies are responding to a market need of getting rid of cross contamination from flexible endoscopes, the latter ranked third in the ECRI 2011 top 10 Health Hazards. Even when endoscopes are spotless, there remains a risk of infection of 1%. Therefore, these endoscopes are designed to be used on one patient only before being incinerated. Its main investors are the venture capitalists OTC Asset Management and Cap Décisif Management, with 2.5 million euros in the first round. The ENC Axess is a line of Low-floor bus, low-floor transit buses available in 35' and 40' nominal lengths manufactured by ENC (company), ENC (formerly ElDorado National–California) in Riverside, California starting from 2003. In addition to the different available lengths, the buses are sold with a variety of prime movers, ranging from conventional diesel engine, diesel, liquefied natural gas, LNG/compressed natural gas, CNG combustion engines, Hybrid electric bus, diesel-electric hybrid and Fuel cell bus, hydrogen fuel cell with a traction motor.
