Avu-chan
is a Japanese musician, who debuted as the lead vocalist and songwriter of the band Queen Bee in 2009, and the band Gokumontō Ikka in 2015. As a producer and songwriter, Avu-chan uses the name , and has written songs for Meg, Rina Satō, Ai Shinozaki, Hey! Say! JUMP and LiSA. Biography Expressing interest in music since middle school and inspired by the Japanese pop/electronic group Perfume, Avu-chan formed the band Queen Bee in 2009 with classmates in Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture. They started performing at their school's cultural festivals and gained considerable popularity doing so, after which Queen Bee went on to perform at live houses in the Kansai region. Gokumontō Ikka
is a Japanese band that formed in 2013. The band is a supergroup formed of Avu-chan from Queen Bee, Ryosuke Nagaoka from Tokyo Jihen, KenKen from Rize and drummer Tatsuya Nakamura from Blankey Jet City. Biography In February 2013, Avu-chan's band Queen Bee went on hiatus. While considering whether to continue music or to return home to Kobe, Avu-chan was asked by former Blankey Jet City drummer Tatsuya Nakamura if they could form a band together, and Avu-chan agreed. In addition to Nakamura, Avu-chan asked Tokyo Jihen guitarist Ryosuke Nagaoka to join the project (who had performed in the backing band for Queen Bee's final tour before their hiatus), as well as bassist KenKen of the band Rize, who Nakamura introduced to the project. Queen Bee (band)
Queen Bee (stylized in all caps) are a Japanese rock band, formed in Kobe on March 31, 2009. They are known in Japan as and have described their genre of music and imagery themselves as "fashion punk". Within 2009 the band recorded and, at the beginning of 2010, self-released an extended play record on CD-R through their own label, followed by another the same year, which they sold at their performances. Ryosuke Nagaoka
, is a Japanese musician, and singer and guitar player for the band Petrolz. Under the stage name , he was the second guitarist for Ringo Sheena's band Tokyo Jihen from 2005 until 2012. In 2013, Nagoka joined the band Gokumontō Ikka, a project involving Queen Bee leader Avu-chan. Biography He was born and raised in public housing in Chiba Prefecture. Tatsuya Nakamura
is a Japanese musician, drummer and actor. After performing with several prominent punk rock bands, Nakamura rose to fame as drummer of Blankey Jet City from 1987 to 2000. In 1996, he founded his solo project Losalios, where he performs every instrument. He is also a member of Friction, Mannish Boys with Kazuyoshi Saito, and Gokumontō Ikka. (born February 22, 1982 in Izumiōtsu, Osaka) is a Japanese singer, lyricist, composer and actress. Her career started in the early 2000s with the band , where she served as vocalist and guitarist.
