Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla (born 1 May 1970) is an Andalusian politician and president of the Andalusian branch of the People's Party. Organic Law (Spain)
An Organic Law ( es, Ley Orgánica) in Spanish law under the present Spanish Constitution of 1978 must be passed by an absolute majority of the Congress of Deputies (not merely a majority of those voting).
