''Australostichopus'' is a genus of sea cucumbers in the family Stichopodidae. It is monotypic, being represented by the single species ''Australostichopus mollis'',Moraes,G., Norhcote, P.C., Kalinin,V.I. ,Avilov, S.A., Silchenko,A.S., Dmitrenok, P.S. 2004. Structure of the major triterpene glycoside from the sea cucumber ''Stichopus mollis'' and evidence to reclassify this species into the new genus ''Australostichopus''.
