Attila Kaszás
Attila Kaszás (; 16 March 1960 – 23 March 2007) was a Slovak-born Hungarian actor. Early life Attila Kaszás born in Šaľa, Czechoslovakia, but he spent his childhood in Vlčany, where his parents taught in the local school. He went then to the in János Selye High School in Komárno. From 1979 he studied at the Academy of Drama and Film in Budapest, where he finished in 1983. From 1984 he was the member of the Vígszínház for 15 years, then he worked as a freelancer for 4 years. From 2003 he was the member of the National Theatre. He played roles in the ''József Katona Theatre'' in Kecskemét, ''New Theatre'' in Budapest, ''Kamaraszínház'' in Budapest, ''Rock Theatre'' in Budapest and in Győr, Kecskemét, Sopron and Szeged. He reached his first success in 1990 in Georg Büchner's comedy, '' Leonce and Lena'', acting Leonce. He got the Best Actor-prize then. Šaľa
Šaľa (; hu, Vágsellye, german: Schelle) is a town in south-western Slovakia. Geography The town is located on the Danubian Lowland, on both banks of the Váh River, around 65 km from Bratislava and 30 km from Nové Zámky. Except the town itself, it has also the borough of Veča on the left bank of the river and settlements of Hetméň and Kilič. The town lies in the warm climatic zone. History The town was first mentioned in 1002 in a document of Pannonhalma abbey. It was promoted in 1536 into a market town. It was also ruled by Ottomans between 1663 and 1686 as part of Uyvar Eyalet. The railway, built in 1850 between Vienna and Budapest speeded development. After 1918, the town became part of Czechoslovakia, however belonging for a short time between 1938 and 1945 again to Hungary before being returned to Czechoslovakia. Leonce And Lena
''Leonce and Lena'' (german: Leonce und Lena) is a play by German dramatist Georg Büchner (1813–1837) which is considered a comedy, but is actually a satire veiled in humor. It was written in the spring of 1836 for a competition 'for the best one- or two-act comedy in prose or verse' sponsored by the Stuttgart publisher Cotta. However, Büchner missed the submission deadline and the play was returned to him unread. It was first performed almost 60 years later, on May 31, 1895, in an outdoor performance by the Munich Company ''Intimes Theater'', directed by Ernst von Wolzogen and with the involvement of Max Halbe and Oskar Panizza, illustrating the fact that Büchner only gained prominence as a writer in the 20th century.
