Katrina Hart
Katrina Hart (born 17 May 1990) is an English athlete who won a gold medal for England at the 2010 Commonwealth Games competing in women's 100 m T37 (athletes with cerebral palsy). She had competed at the 2008 Paralympics but was forced to withdraw through injury, and has won multiple medals at the IPC Athletics World Championships. Early life Hart was born in Birmingham, England, on 17 May 1990. She was born with cerebral palsy. She attended Pershore High School and She took up running after being spotted at the age of 14, and a year later she won a bronze medal at the 2005 European Championships in the T37 100 m as the youngest member of the British team. Isabelle Foerder (born 7 July 1979) is a paralympic athlete from Germany, competing mainly in category T37 sprint events. Biography Isabelle Foerder competed in four consecutive paralympics games, starting in 1996. These were the only games where she competed in long; every other time, including 1996, she competed in the 100m and 200m. Svetlana Sergeeva (born 26 March 1986) in Kargopol, Arkhangelsk Oblast is a Paralympian athlete from Russia, competing mainly in category T37 throwing and sprint events. She competed in the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, China and the 2012 Games in London. At the London Games she won a track gold as part of the sprint relay and has also achieved success as an individual athlete at both World and European events. Jenny McLoughlin
Jenny McLoughlin (born 3 October 1991) is a British Paralympian track and field athlete competing mainly in T37 sprint events. She has represented Great Britain in the 2008 Summer Paralympics and in the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London. After moving to Wales at the age of 14, she became eligible to join the Wales team for the Commonwealth Games, winning silver in the T37 sprint in India. History McLoughlin was born in Stockport in England in 1991. McLoughlin, who has cerebral palsy, joined an athletics club when her family moved to Wales in 2005. She joined the Athletics team and switched her training ground to Cardiff in 2007, taking the UK School Games gold that year. Evgenia Trushnikova (born 23 February 1985) is a Paralympian Track and field, athlete from Russia competing mainly in category T37 (classification), T37 sprint events. Sporting career Trushnikova competed in the 100m, 200m and 400m in Athens at the 2004 Summer Paralympics winning gold in the 200m. In 2008 Summer Paralympics, 2008 she competed in the 100m and 200m without any medal success. At the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, Trushnikova was back on the podium, taking bronze in her new specialized distance, the Athletics at the 2012 Summer Paralympics – Women's 400 metres T37, 400 metre race. Anastasiya Ovsyannikova (born 20 October 1988) is a Paralympian athlete from Russia competing mainly in category T36 sprint events. Athletics career Ovsyannikova competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, where she won a gold medal as part of the women's T35-38 100m sprint relay. Johanna Benson
Johanna Benson (born 17 February 1990) is a Paralympian athlete from Walvis Bay, Namibia. She competes in T37 long jump and sprint events and at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London she won the women's 200 metres race in her classification. Her 200 metres success in London made her the first Paralympic gold medalist in Namibia's history. Personal history Benson was born in Walvis Bay, South West Africa (now Namibia) in 1990. At the age of five months it was noticed that the left side of her body was not developing as expected and she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. She was educated locally in Walvis Bay, attending the public primary and secondary schools.
