Anastasiya Ovsyannikova
Anastasiya Ovsyannikova (born 20 October 1988) is a Paralympian athlete from Russia competing mainly in category T36 sprint events. Athletics career Ovsyannikova competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, where she won a gold medal as part of the women's T35-38 100m sprint relay. As well as her Paralympic success Ovsyannikova won two medals at the 2011 World Championships in Christchurch. A silver as part of the Russian relay team and an individual bronze in the 400 metres. She took time away from athletics after the birth of her son in 2013, and has not appeared at a major international competition since. Sterlitamak
Sterlitamak ( rus, Стерлитама́к, p=stʲɪrlʲɪtɐˈmak; ba, Стәрлетамаҡ, translit=Stärletamaq; ) is the second largest city in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, located on the left bank of the Belaya River (Kama's tributary), from Ufa. The city's name comes from the Bashkir language and literally means "mouth of the Sterlya river". As of 2021, its population is 274,134. T36 (classification)
T36 is a disability sport classification for disability athletics. It includes people who have coordination impairments such as hypertonia, ataxia and athetosis. It includes people with cerebral palsy. T36 is used by the International Paralympic Committee. This classification competes at the Paralympic Games. This classification is one of eight classifications for athletes with cerebral palsy; four for wheelchair athletes ( T31, T32, T33, T34) and four for ambulant ones ( T35, T36, T37 and T38).
