The Stadio Olimpico (English: ''Olympic Stadium'') is the largest sports facility in Rome, Italy, seating over 70,000 spectators. It is located within the Foro Italico sports complex, north of the city. The structure is owned by the Italian National Olympic Committee and it is used primarily for association football. The Stadio Olimpico is the home stadium of the Roma and Lazio football clubs, and also hosts the Coppa Italia final. It was rebuilt for the 1990 FIFA World Cup and it hosted the tournament final. Ilana Karaszyk (also "Karashik"; אילנה קרשיק; born July 1, 1938) is an Israeli former Olympic runner and long jumper. Olga Šikovec
Olga Šikovec (later Luncer, 17 January 1933 – 4 April 2023) was a Croatian sprinter of Slovenian origin. She competed for Yugoslavia at the 1960 Summer Olympics in the 100 m and 200 m events, but failed to reach the finals. Two years later she was part of the Yugoslav 4 × 100 m relay team that finished fourth at the European championships and set a national record. Celina Jesionowska (later names Gerwin and Orzechowska, born 3 November 1933 in Łomża) is a Polish athlete who competed mainly in the 100 and 200 metres and, during the last part of her career, in the 400 metres. Mona Sulaiman (9 June 1942 – 21 December 2017) was a Filipino sprinter who competed at the Asian Games and the Summer Olympics. Early life Mona Sulaiman was born in a barrio in Cotabato on 9 June 1942 to Kudelat and Aminan Sulaiman. Career Sulaiman started her career competing in regional meets. She competed at the 1962 Asian Games in Jakarta where she won gold medals in the 100 and 200 metre sprints and relay events. Maria (also "Mariya" and "Marina") Leontievna Itkina ( be, Марыя Лявонцеўна Іткіна; russian: Мария Леонтьевна Иткина; 3 May 19321 December 2020) was a Soviet runner who set multiple world records in various sprint events. Valerie Morgan
Valerie Ailsa Dillimore (née Morgan, born 17 October 1943) is a former New Zealand athlete. A sprinter, she represented New Zealand as a 16-year-old at the 1960 Rome Olympics. In the 100 m she clocked 12.61 s in her heat and progressed to the quarterfinals, where she ran 12.66 s and did not progress further. She ran her 200 m heat in 25.39 s and was eliminated. In 1960 she was the New Zealand 100 yards and 220 yards champion, and the following year was the national long jump champion with a leap of 5.79 m. Morgan was married to Anthony Errol (Tony) Dillimore, who died in April 2019.
