Khalifa International Stadium
Khalifa International Stadium (, , ) is a multi-purpose stadium located in Al Rayyan, Qatar, around west from the centre of Doha. Its ground comprises a running track and a grass pitch. Opened in 1976, the stadium was named after then-Emir of Qatar Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, and under the ownership of the Qatar Football Association, it serves as the primary home ground of the Qatar men's national football team. Its current fully-roofed, 45,857-seat configuration was opened in 2017, following a previous reconfiguration in 2005 that incorporated the stadium into the Aspire Zone complex and added a roofed grandstand; boosting its capacity from 20,000 to 40,000. Ahmad Hassan Abdullah
Ahmad Hassan Abdullah ( ar, عبد الله أحمد حسن, born Albert Chepkurui on July 29, 1981 in Kaptarakwa, Kenya) is a long-distance and cross country runner, now representing Qatar after his switch from Kenya in 2003. Other runners who have made the same switch include Saif Saeed Shaheen. Abdullah has won bronze medals at the 2005 IAAF World Cross Country Championships and the 2004 and 2008 editions of the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships. He represented Qatar over 10,000 metres at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and three times at the IAAF World Championships in Athletics. Boonthung Srisung (Thai: บุญถึง ศรีสังข์; Thai nickname: Tay; born 30 May 1981 in Buriram Province, Thailand) is a Thai long-distance runner. Srisung graduated from the Institute of Physical Education in Sukhothai, Thailand, and is currently coached by Nikorn Kansong. Surendra Singh (athlete)
Surendra Kumar Singh (born 1 October 1978) is an Indian long-distance runner who represented India at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing in the 10,000 metres. He placed 26th in the event. He holds the Indian records for the 3000 metres and 10,000 m with times of 7:50.31 minutes and 28:02.89 minutes, respectively. He competed for his country in the 5000 m and 10,000 m at the 2006 Asian Games and placed sixth in both distances. At the 2007 Asian Indoor Games he was the silver medallist behind Qatar's Charles Bett Koech over 3000 metres. He also represented India at the 2007 Asian Championships in Jordan, participating in the 5000 metres and 10,000 m events finishing fifth in both. is a Japanese football player. Playing career A product of Gamba Osaka U-15 alongside the Japanese superstar Keisuke Honda, Tanaka started his professional career in Japan with Omiya Ardija.
