Atech Grand Prix
Atech Grand Prix was a British motor racing team. It was formed in 2007 as Hitech Junior Team by David Hayle, who had sold his successful British Formula 3 team Hitech Racing to Austrian businessman Walter Grubmuller, Sr. It was renamed Atech Grand Prix at the end of 2009. The team ran Nick Yelloly, Marlon Stockinger and Tamás Pál Kiss in the 2010 Formula Renault UK Championship, with Pál Kiss challenging for the title until the final round. 2011 saw them run under the Atech Reid GP banner in the 2011 Formula Renault 2.0 UK Championship, after a new collaboration with Reid Motorsport. Superleague Formula
Superleague Formula was an Open wheel car, open wheel single seater Formula racing, motor racing formula, which started in 2008, at Donington Park in the United Kingdom. The league introduced team sponsorship by association football clubs. It used the slogan 'The Beautiful Race: Football at 300 km/h'. By 2011 the link with football was fading with more than half the teams no longer associated with football teams. It was founded by businessmen Alex Andreu and Robin Webb. On 19 May 2010, Andreu stepped down in his role as series president, with Alfredo Brisac named as his successor not many weeks later. The season ran between April and November at the same time as most other European race series. Every team used identical cars and 750-horsepower V-12 engines. The Sonangol Group was the series' title sponsor from June 2009 until the end of the 2010 season. Craft-Bamboo Racing
Craft-Bamboo Racing is an auto racing team. It was founded in 2014 after the merger of Craft Racing from Hong Kong and Bamboo Engineering from the United Kingdom. Craft Racing was established by Frank Yu in 2009 and was a front running team in Asian Championships for five years. Bamboo Engineering was formed in July 2009 in Silverstone following the departure of team director Richard Coleman from Tempus Sport. It finished third in the World Touring Car Championship, WTCC drivers championship in 2013, and also ran in the GP3 Series. Richard Coleman was removed from the team in 2017, and was sued in 2020. 2012 GP3 Series Season
The 2012 GP3 Series season was the third season of the GP3 Series, a feeder series for the GP2 Series. The season began at Barcelona on 12 May and concluded at Autodromo Nazionale Monza on 9 September after eight rounds made up of two races each and all in support of European Formula One Grands Prix. The series adopted the points system used by Formula One for the feature race, with points awarded to the top ten drivers and twenty-five points on offer for victory. The points awarded in the sprint race also were changed, with the winner receiving fifteen points and top eight drivers receiving points. The points awarded for pole position and the fastest lap of the race also were doubled. Zoël Amberg (born 25 September 1992 in Stans) is a former professional racing driver from Switzerland. Career Karting Amberg began karting in 2004 and raced primarily in his native Switzerland for the majority of his career, working his way up from the junior ranks to progress through to the KF3 and KF2 categories by 2008, when he became a works driver for the Birel Motorsport team. Marlon Alexander Stöckinger (born 4 April 1991) is a Filipino and Swiss former racing driver competing under the Philippine flag. He most recently competed in the 2016 GT Series Sprint Cup for ISR Racing. He raced for Status Grand Prix in the 2015 GP2 Series and 2012 GP3 Series, and for Lotus in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series from 2013 to 2015. 2011 GP3 Series Season
The 2011 GP3 Series season was the second season of the GP3 Series, a feeder series for the GP2 Series. The season began at Istanbul Park on 7 May and concluded at Autodromo Nazionale Monza on 11 September after eight rounds made up of two races each and all in support of European Formula 1 Grands Prix. The 2010 champion Esteban Gutiérrez graduated to the GP2 Series so did not defend his title. After the early rounds, the likes of Mitch Evans, Nigel Melker, Andrea Caldarelli and Alexander Sims were fighting for the championship lead. However, Caldarelli had to retire from the series due to failing to raise a sufficient budget for the whole season. Sims then held the lead after consistent podium finishes in both Valencia and Silverstone. Oliver Oakes (born 11 January 1988) is a British motorsports executive and former racing driver. He was Team Principal for the Alpine F1 Team from July 2024 to May 2025 when he resigned from the role. He was the 2005 World Karting champion, and was once a part of the Red Bull Junior Team.
