Atakan Karazor
Atakan Karazor (born 13 October 1996) is a German professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart. He began his senior career at Borussia Dortmund II in the Regionalliga West before playing for Holstein Kiel for two seasons in the 2. Bundesliga. In 2019, he joined Stuttgart, where he won promotion to the Bundesliga in his first season. The presumption of innocence is a legal principle that every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty. Under the presumption of innocence, the legal burden of proof is thus on the prosecution, which must present compelling evidence to the trier of fact (a judge or a jury). If the prosecution does not prove the charges true, then the person is acquitted of the charges. The prosecution must in most cases prove that the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If reasonable doubt remains, the accused must be acquitted. The opposite system is a presumption of guilt. Sven Mislintat (born 5 November 1972) is a German football scout and sporting director. He is nicknamed "Diamantenauge" (Diamond Eye) for his ability in spotting players. In sports, an ejection (also known as dismissal, sending-off, disqualification, or early shower) is the removal of a participant from a contest due to a violation of the sport's rules. Daniel Didavi (born 21 February 1990) is a German professional footballer. Club career Didavi started his career with SpV 05 Nürtingen. He was scouted in summer 2003 by VfB Stuttgart, and he was promoted to the first team in July 2009. In July 2011, he was loaned out to 1.
