Kurt Land
Kurt Landesberger (19 February 1913, Vienna, Austria – 13 July 1997 New York City) was an Austrian born Argentina, Argentine film director of the 1950s and 1960s. Born in Vienna, Land moved to Argentina in the 1930s and began as a film editor, editing for some 20 films in the 1940s. However, by the early 1950s he became interested in directing and directed a number of popular Cinema of Argentina, Argentine films in the 1950s such as the 1955 in film, 1955 film ''Adiós problemas'' starring Enrique Muiño and the 1957 in film, 1957 picture ''Alfonsina (film), Alfonsina'' which starred actress Amelia Bence. Beatriz Taibo
Beatriz Taibo (March 10, 1932 – March 2, 2019) was an Argentinian film and TV actor. Life Taibo was born in San Telmo in 1932. In 1942 Taibo began to act at the age of ten on the radio programme ''La Pandilla Marilyn''. She began to get work on the radio, as a host and broadcaster. From her time as an announcer she was left with the nickname "Moth", for because of the adverts she made for moth balls. Taibo would make her film debut in ''The Millions of Semillita'' in 1950 if the film had been released. Fittingly she was in a film based on a radio series which told the adventures of the Garcia family who moved. In the 1960s she made some commercials for Lux soap. Taibo and Antonio Carrizo hosted a program on ratings leader Radio Belgrano, in which the duo became known for announcing advertisements in the form of a dialogue. Abel Santa Cruz
Abel Santa Cruz (1915 – February 4, 1995, in Buenos Aires) was an Argentine screenwriter who is credited for writing nearly 130 films spanning seven decades of Argentine cinema. Santa Cruz first wrote the script for a film, ''Un Señor mucamo'', in 1940 but it was not until ten years later in 1950 that his career had a breakthrough with his adaptation of the 1895 Oscar Wilde play, ''The Importance of Being Earnest'' in '' Al compás de tu mentira''. In 1963 he wrote the script to the gangster comedy ''Alias Flequillo''. The following year he married the 21 year old Silvia Montanari. The marriage lasted a year and Montanari went on to a successful acting career. Although Abel died in 1995 his work includes 10 different TV credits in over a decade since his death.
