Aslanbek Soltanovich Bulatsev (russian: Асланбек Солтанович Булацев; born in 1963 in Mikhaylovskoye, Prigorodny District, North Ossetian ASSR, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is an Ossetian politician and official.
