Asian Federation Of Muslim Youth
The Asian Federation of Muslim Youth (AFMY), which was formally established in 2001/1422H, is an umbrella organisation of the Muslim youth and student organisations working at the national level in the Asian continent. The primary objective is to create a forum to discuss the activities, strategies, problems and experiences, and to co-ordinate and strengthen communication and exchange views. It aims to train community leaders to run these organisations in different countries and to encourage them to think and develop their own resources and to analyse the situation in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah, take decisions through mutual consultations (Shoura) and work for the establishment of the Islamic equality and social justice. It hopes to evolve common training programs, action plans and campaign to present Islam in the contemporary parlance. World Assembly Of Muslim Youth
The World Assembly of Muslim Youth is an international Islamic educational organization whose stated purpose is “preserve the identity of Muslim youth and help overcome the problems they face in modern society”. Reportedly the world's largest Muslim organization, WAMY organizes conferences, symposia, educational workshops and research circles to address youth and students issues, in addition to football tournaments and European Muslim Scouts camps for Muslim youth in Europe. International Islamic Federation Of Student Organizations
The International Islamic Federation of Student Organizations (IIFSO) is an international student and youth federation with a membership rate of about 100 student and youth organizations in more than 60 countries. IIFSO started as a student initiative in Ibadan university in Nigeria in 1966, and was formally established in Aachen, Germany in 1969. IIFSO's mission is to "serve, develop, integrate, and represent the Islamic student organizations worldwide while building bridges with other cultures in order to participate in building a brighter future for Muslim youth". The IIFSO publishes and distributes large quantities of pocket editions of books on Islam.
