Asia Pacific Flight Training
Asia Pacific Flight Training Sdn. Bhd. (APFT), is a flying academy located at the Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. APFT offers courses leading to the airplane private, commercial and airline transport pilot licences and multi-engine, instrument and assistant flight instructor ratings. The school also offers a Diploma in Aviation (Pilot Training), which is approved by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. History The school started training students in 2005 and was officially opened in 2006. It is the first Malaysian flight school to be accredited as a "private institution of higher learning". The school has a fleet of over 30 aircraft. It trains pilots for Malaysian Airlines, Nepal Airlines and Garuda Airlines. Garuda Airlines
Garuda Indonesia is the flag carrier of Indonesia, headquartered at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport. Piper PA-34 Seneca
The Piper PA-34 Seneca is a twin-engined light aircraft, produced in the United States by Piper Aircraft. It has been in non-continuous production since 1971. The Seneca is primarily used for personal and business flying. Development The Seneca was developed as a twin-engined version of the Piper Cherokee Six. The Eagle Aircraft 150 is an Australian designed two-seat single-engine composite material training, touring and sport aircraft. It utilizes a three lifting surface design consisting of a forward wing (foreplane), main wing (mainplane) and horizontal stabilizer (tailplane). The Diamond DA40 Diamond Star is an Austrian four-seat, single-engine, light aircraft constructed from composite materials. Built in both Austria and Canada, it was developed as a four-seat version of the earlier DA20 by Diamond Aircraft Industries.
