Ashutosh Singh (cricketer)
Ashutosh Singh (born 5 January 1994) is an Indian cricketer who plays for Madhya Pradesh cricket team. He made his Twenty20 debut against Railways cricket team at Assam cricket team at Reliance Stadium in January, 2016. He made his first-class debut for Chhattisgarh in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy on 6 October 2016, scoring a century. He made his List A debut for Chhattisgarh in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 25 February 2017. He was the leading run-scorer for Chhattisgarh in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy, with 467 runs in six matches. In July 2018, he was named in the squad for India Red for the 2018–19 Duleep Trophy. He was also the leading run-scorer for Chhattisgarh in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy, with 211 runs in six matches. 2018–19 Duleep Trophy
The 2018–19 Duleep Trophy was the 57th season of the Duleep Trophy, a first-class cricket tournament in India, which took place in August and September 2018. India Red were the defending champions. All of the matches took place at the NPR College Ground in Dindigul. The BCCI's technical committee structured the tournament to have four teams from four Ranji Trophy Groups, similar to the 2002–03 Duleep Trophy, but on the day of team selections, the format of the previous season was retained. All three round-robin matches finished as draws. The first match, India Red took three points, as a result of a first-innings lead, with India Green getting one point. The second match, India Red had a first-innings lead over India Blue, therefore gaining three points, and advancing to the final. Kendal, once Kirkby in Kendal or Kirkby Kendal, is a market town and civil parish in the South Lakeland district of Cumbria, England, south-east of Windermere and north of Lancaster. 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy
The 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy was the 17th season of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, a List A cricket tournament in India. Karnataka were the defending champions. It was contested by 37 domestic cricket teams of India, starting on 19 September 2018, ahead of the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy. In April 2018, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) reinstated Bihar for the competition, bringing the total teams to 29. In July 2018, the BCCI increased the total number of teams to 37, with the addition of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Puducherry, Sikkim and Uttarakhand. 2017–18 Ranji Trophy
The 2017–18 Ranji Trophy was the 84th season of the Ranji Trophy, the premier first-class cricket tournament that took place in India between October 2017 and January 2018. Vidarbha won the tournament, beating Delhi by 9 wickets in the final, to win their first Ranji Trophy title. Vidarbha made their Ranji Trophy debut in the 1957–58 season, making it the third-longest wait before a team won their maiden title.
