Ashley Lin
Ashley Lin or Lin Shan (; born March 12, 2003) is a Chinese-American figure skater, who represents China in ladies' singles. She is the 2020 Chinese national bronze medalist. She won the 2017 U.S. national junior bronze medal, before switching to representing China internationally. Personal life Lin was born in Frisco, Texas on March 12, 2003 to Chinese immigrants from Shanghai. Her parents both work in computer companies. Lin became a naturalized Chinese citizen in early 2019, and thus relinquished her U.S. citizenship, as China does not allow dual nationality. Lin was accepted to the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as part of the Class of 2026. Career Early career Lin began skating in 2008. Frisco is a city in Collin and Denton counties in the U.S. state of Texas. Chen Hongyi (; born September 19, 2002) is a Chinese figure skater. She is the 2020 Cup of China champion, a three-time Chinese national medalist (2018–20), and has skated in the final segment at five ISU Championships. Brooklee Han
Brooklee Han (born July 6, 1995) is an American-Australian retired figure skater who represented Australia in ladies' singles. She is the 2018 CS Alpen Trophy bronze medalist, the 2013 Volvo Open Cup champion, the 2013 Australian national champion, and a five-time Australian national silver medalist (2012, 2014–2018). She placed 20th at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Personal life Brooklee Han was born in Beverly, Massachusetts. In 2013, she graduated from Joel Barlow High School in Redding, Connecticut. Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy
The Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy (or ''Asian Trophy''; previously known as the Asian Figure Skating Championships) is an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the Asian Skating Union. Skaters compete in the disciplines of men's and ladies' singles across three levels: senior, junior, and novice. Following an ASU meeting in Changchun, China during the 6th Asian Winter Games 2007, the ASU revised the name of the competition from the Asian Figure Skating Championships to the Asian Figure Skating Trophy, with the International Skating Union approving the change. 2017–18 ISU Junior Grand Prix
The 2017–18 ISU Junior Grand Prix is the 21st season of a series of junior international competitions organized by the International Skating Union. It is the junior-level complement to the 2017–18 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Skaters competed for medals in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dance, as well as for qualifying points. The top six from each discipline met at the 2017–18 Junior Grand Prix Final, held together with the senior final. Competitions The locations of the JGP events change yearly.
