"Ash Like Snow" is the 17th single from the Japanese rock band the Brilliant Green, released on February 6, 2008. It peaked at #8 on the Oricon Singles Chart. This song serves as the second opening theme for the Japanese anime, ''Mobile Suit Gundam 00''. The first press contains a ''Gundam 00'' sticker, which differs between limited edition and regular edition, along with Allelujah Haptism's character ID card. The song's music video also made several references to ''Gundam 00'' such as the appearance of Lockon's Haro and Tomoko dressed as Wang Liu Mei. The song was released coincidentally with the band's singer's birthday. Currently it has sold 50,868 copies in Japan according to the year end Oricon Chart of 2008. (stylized as the brilliant green) is a Japanese rock band from Kyoto formed in 1995. They were signed to Sony Music Entertainment Japan. Their major debut single under Sony, " Bye Bye Mr. Mug", was released in 1997. Their contract with Sony ended in 2008, and on December 1, 2009, the band announced that it had signed with Warner Music Group Japan. Overview The Brilliant Green takes much of their influence from Western music, most predominantly The Beatles, with over half their songs including English lyrics. Their break came in 1998 when their third single, "There Will Be Love There," was chosen as the theme song for the popular Japanese TV drama series ''Love Again'' and, as a result, went straight to the top of the charts. is a Japanese anime television series, the eleventh installment in Sunrise studio's long-running ''Gundam'' franchise comprising two seasons. The series is set on a futuristic Earth and is centered on the exploits of the fictional paramilitary organization Celestial Being and its efforts to rid the world of war and conflict with a series of unique and extremely advanced mecha mobile suits known as " Gundams". It is directed by Seiji Mizushima and written by Yōsuke Kuroda, and features character designs by Yun Kōga. Bish, stylized as BiSH, was a Japanese alternative idol girl group that was founded in 2015 by their manager Junnosuke Watanabe. The group was conceived as a successor to Bis, an idol group managed by Watanabe that disbanded in 2014. They disbanded in June 2023. History Bish was initially announced in January 2015 with the idea to begin Bis again, and auditions began that month in order to find members. After the audition process, the completed lineup was announced in March, and members Yukako Love Deluxe, Cent Chihiro Chittiii, Aina the End, Hug Mii, and Momoko Gumi Company were revealed to the public. The members' eyes were obscured with black contact lenses and could not be revealed until they each attained 4,444 followers on Twitter.
