Aset Irgaliyev
Aset Armanūly Irgaliyev (; born 18 June 1986) - The Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of Kazakhstan. Biography Early life and education Irgaliyev was born on 18 June 1986 in the city of Kostanay. He is married and has two children. In 2008 Irgaliyev graduated from KIMEP University with a bachelor's degree in Economics of Public Policy. In the same year, under the international exchange program, he graduated from the Jönköping International Business School in Sweden with a bachelor's degree in Science in International Economics. In 2009, he obtained a master's degree of Science in Economics from University of York in England. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev
Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly Tokayev ( kk, Қасым-Жомарт Кемелұлы Тоқаев, Qasym-Jomart Kemelūly Toqaev ; born 17 May 1953) is a Kazakh politician and diplomat who is currently serving as the President of Kazakhstan since 12 June 2019. Shortly before that, he served as acting president after the resignation of Nursultan Nazarbayev, who previously held the presidential post for nearly three decades. Born in Alma-Ata (now Almaty), Tokayev attended the Moscow State Institute of International Relations where after graduating in 1975, he worked as a diplomat in Singapore and China. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Tokayev became the Deputy Foreign Minister of a newly independent Kazakhstan in 1992, where he was involved on the issues of nuclear disarmament within the former Soviet republics. Kairat Kelimbetov ( kk, Qaırat Nematuly Kelimbetov; born 28 January 1969) is a Kazakh politician who's currently the Governor of Astana International Financial Centre, a new initiative launched by Kazakhstan government to develop country's non-banking financial sector. He served as a Governor of the National Bank of Kazakhstan from October 1 of 2013 till November 2 of 2015. He served as a Vice-Prime Minister of Kazakhstan from January 20 of 2012 till October 1 of 2013. Kostanay
Kostanay ( kz, Қостанай, Qostanai ) is a city located on the Tobol River in northern Kazakhstan. It was known as Nikolayevsk (russian: Николаевск) until 1895 and then as Kustanay (russian: Кустанай) until 1997. Kostanay is the administrative center of the Kostanay Region. As of 24 March 2022, the city's governor is Marat Zhundubayev. History Kostanay was founded by Russian settlers in 1879 and named Nikolaevsk, in honor of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, Tsar Nicholas II. In 1888, the town had more than 3,000 inhabitants involved in the building of a mill and a brewery, which are still operational. In 1893, Kustanay was granted city status.
