Asep Sunandar Sunarya
Asep Sunandar Sunarya (3 September 1955 – 31 March 2014) was a Sundanese wayang golek dalang (Sundanese rod puppet master). He was one of the most famous puppeteers in the genre. Sunarya was born in Kampung Jelekong, Baleendah, Bandung, where he died on 31 March 2014 at 14:20 WIB (UTC+7) of a heart attack. He was 58 years old. Sundanese People
The Sunda or Sundanese ( id, Orang Sunda; su, ᮅᮛᮀ ᮞᮥᮔ᮪ᮓ, Urang Sunda) are an indigenous ethnic group native to the western region of Java island in Indonesia, primarily West Java. They number approximately 42 million and form Indonesia's second most populous ethnic group. They speak the Sundanese language, which is part of the Austronesian languages. The western third of the island of Java, namely the provinces of West Java, Banten, and Jakarta, as well as the westernmost part of Central Java, is called by the Sundanese people ''Tatar Sunda'' or ''Pasundan'' (meaning Sundanese land). Google Doodle
A Google Doodle is a special, temporary alteration of the logo on Google's homepages intended to commemorate holidays, events, achievements, and notable historical figures. The first Google Doodle honored the 1998 edition of the long-running annual Burning Man event in Black Rock City, Nevada, and was designed by co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin to notify users of their absence in case the servers crashed. Early Marketing employee Susan Wojcicki then spearheaded subsequent Doodles, including an alien landing on Google and additional custom logos for major holidays. Cepot or Astrajingga is one of the Wayang Golek characters in Sundanese puppetry. Cepot is a panakawan character of wayang golek alongside Dawala and Garéng, which do not exist in the original Mahabharata or Ramayana. Cepot is one of Semar's sons.
