Arvid Gjengedal
Arvid Gjengedal (born 19 July 1943, dead 30 December 2021) was a Norwegian educationalist and politician for the Conservative Party. A county council ( no, Fylkesting) is the highest governing body of a county municipality (''fylkeskommune'') in Norway. The county council sets the scope of the county municipal activity.
