Arthur Brides
Arthur E. Brides (October 31, 1885 – September 26, 1937) was an American college football player and coach. He served as the head coach at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1909 to 1910 and at Massachusetts Agricultural College—now the University of Massachusetts Amherst—from 1912 to 1915, compiling a career head coaching record of 20–23–4. Brides was born on October 31, 1885, in Brockton, Massachusetts.
