Arseny Pavlov
Arsen Sergeyevich Pavlov (russian: Арсе́н Серге́евич Па́влов; 2 February 1983 – 16 October 2016), known by his Motorola (Моторо́ла), was a Russian militant known for murdering and torturing Ukrainian POWs, who led the Sparta Battalion up until his death in a blast on his apartment in Donetsk. Early life and career A Russian citizen, Pavlov was born in Ukhta, Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Komi ASSR. His father came from Tver Oblast, his mother was a native of the Komi ASSR. He lived in Rostov-on-Don and spent some time in the Russian marines. According to a newspaper report by ''Georgian Journal'' he had serious problems with Rostov's police while working there at a car wash, since he allegedly went on a drunken joyride in a car stolen from there. In an interview, Pavlov states that he had abandoned a wife and 5-year-old son in Russia before going to Ukraine, where he then remarried to 21-year-old Olena Kolenkina in Slovyansk. A ... Arseniy Golovko
Arseny Grigoryevich Golovko (; 10 June 1906 – 17 May 1962) was a Soviet admiral, whose naval service extended from the 1920s through the early Cold War. Service He entered the Soviet Navy in 1925 and graduated in 1928 from the M.V. Frunze Higher Naval School in Leningrad. After that he served in various Fleet assignments. In 1937 and 1938 he took part in the Spanish Civil War on the side of the Republicans. After his return to the USSR he attended the naval warfare school. From 1940 to 1946, during the Second World War, he was Commander of the Soviet Northern Fleet. After the war he held various naval commands, among them Commander of the Baltic Fleet. In 1956 he was named First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Soviet Navy. He died in 1962. Count Arseny Andreyevich Zakryevsky (russian: Граф Арсе́ний Андре́евич Закре́вский; September 24, 1783 or 1786 in Tver Governorate – January 23, 1865 in Florence) was a Russian statesman and Minister of the Interior from April 19, 1828 to November 19, 1831. Son of a poor Tver nobleman of distant Polish origin, Zakrevsky began his military career in a cadet corps, from which he graduated in 1802 with the rank of junior infantry officer. By 1829 he rose to the rank of infantry general. Between 1824 and 1831, Count Zakrevsky served as the Governor General of the Grand Duchy of Finland. Arseny Vasilyevich Vorozheykin (russian: Арсе́ний Васи́льевич Вороже́йкин; October 28 ( O.S. 15) 1912 – 23 May 2001) was a squadron commander in the Soviet Air Force and fighter ace during the Second World War. He was twice awarded the USSR's highest honor, Hero of the Soviet Union, and went on to become a Major-General of Aviation. Arseny Zverev
Arseny Grigoryevich Zverev (russian: Арсе́ний Григо́рьевич Зве́рев; 2 March 1900 – 27 July 1969) was a Soviet and Russian politician, economist and statesman whose career spanned the rules of Joseph Stalin and Nikita Khrushchev, but culminated during the Stalin years. Zverev was born in a little village just outside Moscow. After years in local politics, he rose to prominence as a Deputy Commissar of Finance, but he also held other lesser posts such as a member of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union. As Deputy Commissar of Finance he was able to work up, and eventually get promoted to People's Commissar for Finance (renamed to Ministry in 1946). Later, Zverev gained a seat in both the Central Committee and the Presidium. Arseny Borrero (born October 29, 1979 in Havana) is a Cuban sport shooter. He earned a silver medal in the men's free pistol at the 2003 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and was selected to compete for the Cuban squad at the 2004 Summer Olympics, finishing fortieth in the process. Throughout his sporting career, Borrero trained as a member of the shooting team for Havana City Sport Club under his personal coach Narciso López.
