Arsen Grigoryan ( hy, Արսեն Գրիգորյան; born 23 June 1978) is an Armenian singer and composer. Career In 1995, he graduated from school No.131 after P. Yavorov in Yerevan. From 1995-2000 he studied in Hovhannes Badalyan's class at the department of Folk Music of Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas. In 1996, Arsen Grigoryan started his musical career by participating in singer Susanna Safaryan's concert nights. In 1997 he became the winner of Yerevan Youth Song Contest. From 1999-2004 Arsen Grigoryan worked at the Armenian State Song Theatre as a soloist. Nune Yesayan ( hy, Նունե Եսայան, born August 5, 1969), commonly known as Nune or Nouné, is an Armenian singer who began singing with an Armenian jazz band in the early 1990s before becoming a lounge singer at resorts in the Middle East. Biography Education Even before studying music in college, Yesayan made a name for herself at her high school for being a gifted vocalist and talented performer. She graduated from high school in 1986 and was accepted to the State Engineering University of Armenia, Polytechnic University of Yerevan to study engineering. Armenian Music Awards
Armenian Music Awards was an annual music awards ceremony first held at the Alex Theatre in Glendale, California on October 7, 1998. It was created and produced for the first eight years by Peter Bahlawanian who wanted to support Armenian artists and make Armenian culture. The awards consist of several categories of varying 20 to 30 from year to year. Numerous artists perform live throughout the evening. The nominees and winners are decided by a panel of judges who listen to CDs or MP3s online compilations prior to the night of events. Officially Hakob Paronyan State Musical Comedy Theatre, is one of the prominent theatres of the Armenian capital Yerevan, founded in 1941.
