Aror University Sukkur
The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage ( اروڑ يونيوؤسٹى آف آرٹ، آركيٹكچر، ڈيزائن اينڈ هيريٹج) established near Sukkur at Rohri bypass N-5 National Highway in the vicinity of ancient historical town of Aror, once the capital of Sindh. The university will offer the graduate, postgraduate an advance studies in the field of architecture, textile design, civil engineering, media sciences, archeology, photography, interior design, communication design, ceramics and other disciplines. The university was established by the government of Sindh through the act of parliament on Monday 15 June 2020 through the Government Bill passed by the Sindh Assembly. The governor of Sindh is the appointed head of the province of Sindh, Pakistan. Rohri
Rohri ( Sindhi: روهڙي; ur, ) is a city of Sukkur District, Sindh province, Pakistan. It is located on the east bank of the Indus River, located directly across from Sukkur, the third largest city in Sindh. Rohri town is the administrative headquarters of Rohri Taluka, a tehsil of Sukkur District with which it forms a metropolitan area. History Rohri is west of the ancient city of Aror. N-5 National Highway
The N-5 or National Highway 5 (Urdu: ) is a 1819 km national highway in Pakistan, which extends from Karachi in Sindh to Torkham in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Route The N-5 is the longest national highway in Pakistan and serves as an important north–south road artery, starting from Karachi and extending through Hyderabad, Moro and Sukkur in Sindh before crossing into Punjab province where it passes through Multan, Sahiwal, Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Jhelum and Rawalpindi.
