The International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness, IFBB Arnold Sports Festival, also known as the Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival, is an annual multi-sport event consisting of professional bodybuilding (''Arnold Classic''), Strongman (strength athlete), strongman (''Arnold Strongman Classic''), fitness competition, fitness, figure competition, figure and bikini competition, bikini weekend expo. It was established in 1989 and is named after Arnold Schwarzenegger. Greater Columbus Convention Center
The Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) is a convention center located in Downtown Columbus, Ohio, United States, along the east side of North High Street. Vince Taylor (born August 25, 1956) is a retired American IFBB professional bodybuilder. Tonya Knight (born March 24, 1966) is an American professional female bodybuilder. Early life Tonya Knight was born in 1966 in Peculiar, Missouri. Bodybuilding career Professional After IFBB officials presented strong evidence against Tonya that she got someone other than herself to supply test-passing urine, she admitted that she sent a surrogate to take a mandatory drug test administered before the 1988 Ms. Olympia, where she finished fourth. In a ruling handed down in November 1989, she was suspended, stripped of her 1989 Ms. International title (which went to runner-up Jackie Paisley) and asked to return her 1989 Ms. International and 1988 Ms. Olympia prize money, totaling $12,000. Shawn Ray (born September 9, 1965 in Placentia, California, U.S.) is a former professional bodybuilder and author. Richard Gaspari (born May 16, 1963) is an American retired professional bodybuilder, and a former member of the IFBB. He came in second place at the 1986, 1987, and 1988 Mr. Olympia competitions. Gaspari grew up in Edison, New Jersey; as a teenager he would sneak into Rutgers University weight room to take advantage of the exercise equipment. He became a professional bodybuilder in 1984, entered the 1985 IFBB Night of Champions and placed 2nd, then placed 3rd for his first participation at Mr. Olympia that same year.
