San Miguel, El Salvador
San Miguel () is a city in eastern El Salvador. It is the country's third most populous city. It is located 138 km east of the capital, San Salvador. It is also the capital of the department of San Miguel and a municipality. The population of the city in 2017 was 518,410. History Luis de Moscoso Alvarado established the village of San Miguel de la Frontera (Saint Michael of the Frontier) on May 8, 1530, as a bastion for the conquest of the Lenca kingdom of Chaparrastique (Place of Beautiful Orchids). In 1899, two teams from Santa Ana and San Salvador met for the first known football game in El Salvador. Adet (Amharic: አዴት) ,also known as Adet Medhanialem is a town in northwestern Ethiopia. Located south of Bahir Dar in the Mirab Gojjam Zone of the Amhara Region (or ''kilil''), this town has a latitude and longitude of with an altitude of 2,216 meters above sea level. The ''Primera División'' of the (''Professional Football League''), more commonly known as ''La Liga Mayor'' or ''La Primera'', is the top professional association football, football league in El Salvador. Juan Ramón Paredes Zelaya (born 23 May 1950) is a former Salvadoran professional football player and currently manager. Coaching career Alianza He became the coach of Alianza at the beginning of 2000 season, he went on to win the Apertura 2001 in the process becoming the first and so far only Salvadoran to win a title with Alianza as coach. Carlos Albert Cavagnaro (born 9 April 1946 in Necochea, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football manager. He became the youngest football manager in the history of the Argentine Primera when he took charge of Argentinos Juniors in 1969 aged 22. Career Playing Cavagnaro was a youth player with Vélez Sársfield in his native Argentina, but suffered an injury that forced him to retire.
