Armand LeBlanc (September 5, 1921 – October 3, 2004) was an American politician from Maine. LeBlanc, a Maine Democratic Party, Democrat, served in the Maine House of Representatives from 1973 to July 31, 1977, when he resigned. He was a resident of Van Buren, Maine. References

It borders New Hampshire to the west, the Gulf of Maine to the southeast, and the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Quebec to the northeast and northwest, respectively.
