Arizona 13th Legislative District
Arizona's 13th Legislative District is one of 30 in the state, covering northwest Maricopa County and northern Yuma County. As of 2021, there are 50 precincts in the district, 29 in Maricopa and 21 in Yuma, with a total registered voter population of 166,083. The district has an overall population of 247,927. Sine Kerr
Sine Kerr is an American politician and a Republican member of the Arizona Senate representing District 25 since January 2023. She was previously appointed to the District 13 seat in January 2018. Background and business activities Kerr grew up in rural Buckeye, Arizona, and graduated from Buckeye Union High School. She owns a large dairy farm. Political career Appointment and elections Kerr is the member for state Senate District 13, which covers the West Valley. Timothy Michael Dunn (born December 13, 1966) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives representing District 25 since January 9, 2023. The Arizona State Senate is part of the Arizona Legislature, the state legislature of the US state of Arizona. The Senate consists of 30 members each representing an average of 219,859 constituents (2009 figures). Members serve two-year terms with term limits that limit Senators to four terms for a total of eight years. Members of the Republican Party are currently the majority in the Senate. There is currently 16 women serving in the Senate after Raquel Terán was appointed, making it the first time a majority of the body was composed of female members.
