Arild Moe
Arild Moe (born 1955) is a Norwegian Political Scientist, political scientist and Senior Research Fellow at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute in Lysaker, Norway. He has an MSc. from the University of Oslo and has also studied Russian language, Russian and public law. Moe has been affiliated with the Fridtjof Nansen Institute since 1983 and has been a Guest Researcher at Stanford University and Adjunct Associate Professor at the Norwegian University Center in Saint Petersburg. Moe’s research focuses on Petroleum industry, oil and gas politics, with a particular emphasis on the Russian energy sector. He has followed closely the development and driving forces behind Arctic petroleum activities, Arctic Freight transport, shipping and the development of the Northern Sea Route, where he analyzes economic drivers as well as political and legal framework conditions. Arild Moe-Svalbard
Arild () is a Urban areas in Sweden, locality situated in Höganäs Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden with 522 inhabitants in 2010. It is located in the bay of Skälderviken in north-western Scania, approximately 30 km north of Helsingborg in Sweden. Arild belongs to Brunnby parish with its seat in Brunnby. The parish is represented in Arild by Arilds Chapel. The village was mostly concentrated around the chapel and the shoreline but has come to extend uphill towards Kullaberg, creating height differences between the various parts of the village. The coastline surrounding the village and the majority of the northern shore of the Kullen peninsula is mountainous.
