Ariel Peña Mora (born May 20, 1989) is a Dominican former professional baseball pitcher. He throws a four-seam fastball, a two-seam fastball, a slider and a changeup. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Milwaukee Brewers. Career Los Angeles Angels Peña signed as an international free agent with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Milwaukee Brewers The Angels traded Peña, Johnny Hellweg, and Jean Segura to the Milwaukee Brewers for Zack Greinke on July 27, 2012. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk.
