Ari Lasso
Ari Bernardus Lasso (born 17 January 1973 in Madiun, East Java) is an Indonesian singer of Minahasan origin. Songwriter, musician and former lead vocalist of Dewa 19. Biography Lasso was born in Madiun, East Java on 17 January 1973 to Bartholomeus B. Lasso and Sri Noerhida. His mother told him that he could become a famous singer, saying that " islife should be beautiful" because of his voice. While attending high school at SMA Negeri 2 Surabaya, he established Outsider Band along with the drummer Wawan Juniarso, from Dewa 19, and guitarist Piyu of Padi. After graduating from high school, he attended Airlangga University and earned a degree in economics. Lasso eventually became a member of Dewa 19 together with Wawan Juniarson, Andra Junaidi, Ahmad Dhani, and Erwin Prasetya. The Voice Indonesia
''The Voice Indonesia'' is a reality television singing competition created by John de Mol which premiered in Indonesia on 10 February 2013 on Indosiar. The format is Dutch and the original Dutch version of the programme was broadcast in the Netherlands for the first time in 2010 as ''The Voice of Holland''. The show replaced the previous singing contest show Akademi Fantasi Indosiar. Season 2 will be aired in the RCTI. RCTI once again appointed Fabian Dharmawan to produce The Voice Indonesia after successful seasons with Indonesian Idol, X Factor Indonesia and Sasuke Ninja Warrior Indonesia. The second season of the Indonesian reality talent show The Voice Indonesia premiered February 26, 2016 on the RCTI network in the 9:00 p.m, slot immediately following '' Tukang Bubur Naik Haji The Series''. This is the first aired by RCTI, after the previous broadcaster Indosiar dropped the show after its first one season due to poor ratings. Television personality and ''Indonesian Idol'' host Daniel Mananta was appointed as the show's new host, with Ari Lasso, Agnez Mo, Kaka "Slank", and Judika selected as coaches. Last Child is an Indonesian pop punk/ alternative rock band formed in 2006. The band's current members are Virgoun Teguh (vocals and guitar), Rachmad Firdaus (guitar), Dimas Rangga (vocals and bass). It has released one mini album and two studio albums. Name The name ''Last Child'' was chosen because the band founders are the last (youngest) children of their respective families. Slank is an Indonesian rock band. It was founded in 1983 by teenagers in an alley street in Jakarta called Gang Potlot. The band is also known for its song which are often accompanied with political and socially conscious lyrics. It continues to be active and has received many awards from the Indonesian music industry.
