''Argyresthia libocedrella'' is a moth of the family Yponomeutidae. It is found in California and Oregon in the United States. The wingspan is 13–14 mm. The forewings are dark golden yellow with two conspicuous dark brown dorsal spots, one on the middle of the dorsal edge and one at the basal fourth. Augustus Busck (February 18, 1870 – March 7, 1944) was a Danish-American entomologist with the United States Department of Agriculture's Bureau of Entomology.
