Argenis N. Reyes Sanchez (born September 25, 1982) is a former Dominican Republic, Dominican professional baseball second baseman. Formerly a member or the New York Mets organization, he is not related to former teammate José Reyes (shortstop), José Reyes, although the two were childhood friends in the Dominican Republic.. Reyes has also received attention from Mets fans in the past due to his unusual first name. Career Reyes was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cleveland Indians in 2001. He played in the Indians farm system through 2007. His final stop was with the Akron Aeros in the AA Eastern League (1938–2020), Eastern League, where he hit .278 in 125 games in 2007. He signed as a minor league free agent with the New York Mets in 2008 and played with the AAA New Orleans Zephyrs, where he hit .283 in 81 games. The Columbus Clippers are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League (IL) and the Triple-A (baseball), Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians. The Canadian American Association of Professional Baseball, commonly known as the Can-Am League, was a professional, independent baseball league with teams in the Northeast United States and Eastern Canada, founded in 2005 as a reorganization of its predecessor, the Northeast League. Bradley Joseph Thompson (born January 31, 1982) is an American former professional pitcher who played in Major League Baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals from 2005–2010. Career Thompson was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 16th round of the 2002 amateur draft out of Dixie State College of Utah. He holds the AA single-season scoreless innings streak. He made his major league debut on May 8, 2005. In his rookie season, he had 40 appearances and a 2.95 ERA in 55 innings pitched. In baseball, a home run (abbreviated HR) is scored when the ball is hit in such a way that the batter is able to circle the bases and reach home plate safely in one play without any errors being committed by the defensive team.
