Are Tronseth
Are Tronseth (born 3 September 1981) is a former Norwegian football defender. He grew up in local club Remyra IL. He moved to Stjørdals-Blink while still a youth player. In 1997 he played for Stjørdals-Blink's senior team. He later joined Rosenborg. In 2003, he was loaned out to Ham Kam, a move which was made permanent ahead of the 2004 season as the club won promotion. This year he played 14 Norwegian Premier League games. He was later loaned out from Ham Kam to Hønefoss in 2005, Fredrikstad in 2006 and Sarpsborg Sparta in 2007. The 2010 Tippeligaen was the 66th completed season of top division football in Norway. The competition began on 14 March and ended on 7 November. Rosenborg was the defending champions, having secured their twenty-first league championship in 2009. Haugesund, Hønefoss and Kongsvinger entered as the three promoted teams from the 2009 1. divisjon. They replaced Fredrikstad, Bodø/Glimt and Lyn who were relegated to the 2010 1. divisjon. The 2009 1. divisjon (referred to as Adeccoligaen for sponsorship reasons) was a Norwegian second-tier football season. The season began play on 5 April 2009 and will end on 1 November 2009. The 2008 1. divisjon season (referred to as Adeccoligaen for sponsorship reasons) began on 5 April 2008 and ended on 1 November 2008. In 2009, the number of teams in the top tier, Tippeligaen, will expand from fourteen to sixteen. Therefore, 2008 was a transitional season, in which more teams were promoted to the top flight, and less teams relegated to the 2. divisjon, than usual. Automatic promotion was awarded to the teams finishing in the top three places in the standings. Only the two teams at the bottom of the standings were relegated to the 2. divisjon, as opposed to the regular four. The three clubs relegated from the Tippeligaen in 2007 were Odd Grenland, Start and Sandefjord. It was the tenth and final season in which teams competed for two automatic promotion spots and one playoff spot. The 1. divisjon was won by Molde, who finished one point ahead of Ham-Kam. HamKam
Hamarkameratene (literally ''the Hamar Comrades''), often abbreviated to HamKam or Ham-Kam, is a Norwegian football club based in the town of Hamar. The club was founded in 1918, originally under the name Freidig. HamKam were most recently promoted to the Eliteserien in 2021. A third-place finish in 1970 is the highest position that the team has held in the top division; the club has never progressed beyond the semifinals of the Norwegian Cup, last reaching the semifinals in 1989. Briskeby Stadion has been the home ground of Hamarkameratene since 1936. The construction of a completely modernized stadium began in 2007 but has never been completed.
