Arantxa Rus
Arantxa Rus (; born 13 December 1990) is a Dutch professional tennis player. Her biggest singles successes to date are a second-round upset over world No. 2, Kim Clijsters, at the 2011 French Open, saving two match points in the second set, reaching the fourth round at the 2012 French Open, and defeating world No. 5, Samantha Stosur, in the 2012 Wimbledon Championships to reach the third round. Her maiden WTA Tour title was the 2017 Swedish Open doubles event, partnering Quirine Lemoine. She would later win her maiden WTA Tour singles title at the 2023 Hamburg Open. In 2008, Rus won the girls' singles title at the Australian Open, defeating Jessica Moore in the final. With this win she went from 35th to second place on the junior rankings, ultimately becoming the world No. 1 junior player. Li Na defeated the defending champion Francesca Schiavone in the final, 6–4, 7–6(7–0) to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2011 French Open. It was her first major title, and she became the first Asian and Chinese player to win a major. Alona Volodymyrivna Bondarenko Dyachok ( uk, Альона Володимирівна Бондаренко; born 13 August 1984) is a Ukrainian former tennis player. Her younger sister Kateryna Bondarenko plays on the WTA Tour. Her career-high singles ranking is No. 19, achieved on 14 April 2008. Alona defeated former world No. 1, Jelena Janković, in the third round of the 2010 Australian Open, and won the 2008 Australian Open women's doubles title with her sister Kateryna, beating Victoria Azarenka and Shahar Pe'er in the finals. Julie Coin (; born 2 December 1982) is a retired French tennis player. Coin recorded the biggest win of her career by defeating the then- world No. 1 ranked Ana Ivanovic at the 2008 US Open. The ITF Women's World Tennis Tour, previously known as the ITF Women's Circuit, is a series of professional tennis tournaments run by the International Tennis Federation for female professional tennis players. History It serves as a developmental circuit for the WTA Tour, which is run by the independent Women's Tennis Association (WTA). There are several hundred ITF Women's Circuit tournaments each year, spread across all six inhabited continents, with prize money ranging from US$15,000 to US$100,000. Jessica Moore (born 16 August 1990) is a former professional tennis player from Australia. Moore has won two doubles titles on the WTA Tour, as well as four singles and 31 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. On 27 October 2008, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 132.
