Arachno Creek
Arachno Creek or Spider Creek is a creek in Navarre, Florida, United States. It is a third of a mile long, and connects to the East Bay River. Its name comes from the commonality of arachnids and spiderwebs along its span. Though it is debated, it is currently believed to have been named by a local Boy Scout from Gulf Breeze. Eglin Air Force Base is a United States Air Force (USAF) base in the western Florida Panhandle, located about southwest of Valparaiso in Okaloosa County. Gulf Breeze is a city in Santa Rosa County, Florida. It is a suburb of Pensacola, and is in the Pensacola Metropolitan Area. The population estimate was 6,900 in 2020.
