The Apostolic Nunciature to Mozambique is the diplomatic mission of the Holy See to Mozambique. Diplomatic Mission
A diplomatic mission or foreign mission is a group of people from a state or organization present in another state to represent the sending state or organization officially in the receiving or host state. In practice, the phrase usually denotes an embassy, which is the main office of a country's diplomatic representatives to another country; it is usually, but not necessarily, based in the receiving state's capital city. Consulates, on the other hand, are smaller diplomatic missions that are normally located in major cities of the receiving state (but can be located in the capital, typically when the sending country has no embassy in the receiving state). Mozambique

Francesco Colasuonno
Francesco Colasuonno (2 January 1925 – 31 May 2003) was an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church who served as a Vatican diplomat for more than two decades. He had the personal title of archbishop and at the end of his service became a cardinal. Biography Colasuonno was born in Grumo Appula, Bari, Italy. He was ordained a priest 1947 and then taught for more than a decade in the seminary in Bari while earning doctorates in theology and canon law. He served in the office of the Holy See's Secretariat of State beginning in 1958 and then in the Vatican diplomatic corps. Giacinto Berloco
Giacinto Berloco (born 31 August 1941) is an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church. He served as the Apostolic Nuncio to Belgium and to Luxembourg from 2009 to 2016. Biography Born in Altamura, Italy, on 31 August 1941, Giacinto Berloco was ordained to the priesthood on 19 March 1966 for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Altamura-Gravina-Acquaviva delle Fonti. Berloco obtained a Doctor of Theology degree and a licentiate in canon law. Peter Stephan Zurbriggen (27 August 1943 – 28 August 2022) was a Swiss archbishop of the Catholic Church, who worked in the diplomatic service of the Holy See from 1993 until his retirement in 2018. He was Apostolic Nunzio to Austria from 2009 to 2018. Biography He was born and died in Brig, Switzerland. He was ordained a priest on 10 October 1969, entering the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy in 1970. Juliusz Janusz (born 17 March 1944) is a Polish prelate of the Catholic Church who has spent his career in the diplomatic service of the Holy See. He has been an archbishop and held the position of Apostolic Nuncio from 1995 until he retired in 2018. Biography Juliusz Janusz was born on 17 March 1944 in Łyczana, Poland. George Panikulam
George Panikulam (born 26 October 1942) is a bishop of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church who spent his career in the diplomatic service of the Holy See. He was given the title of nuncio in 1999 and consecrated a bishop in 2000. He retired in 2017. Biography He was born in Puthenchira, Kerala, India, on 26 October 1942. Antonio Arcari (born 8 May 1953) is an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church who spent his career in the diplomatic service of the Holy See and retired in 2023. He has been an archbishop and has held the rank of Apostolic Nuncio since 2003. Biography He was born on 8 May 1953 in Pralboino, province of Brescia, Italy. Edgar Robinson Peña Parra (born 6 March 1960) is a Venezuelan Roman Catholic archbishop. Pope Francis named him Substitute for the Secretariat of State on 15 August 2018, effective 15 October, making him the highest ranking Venezuelan in the Roman Curia. Piergiorgio Bertoldi (born 26 July 1963) is a Catholic archbishop and Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See. Biography He was born in Varese, capital of the Province of Varese, on 26 July 1963. He received his priestly ordination by cardinal Carlo Maria Martini on 11 June 1988 for the Archdiocese of Milan.
