Apollo Recordings was a British dance music label established in 2006 by Matt Jagger. It was an imprint of Universal-Island Records, part of the Universal Music corporation. Their first release "Thunder in My Heart Again" by Meck featuring Leo Sayer was a number one hit on the UK Singles Chart in February 2006. Dance music is music composed specifically to facilitate or accompany dancing. It can be either a whole musical piece or part of a larger musical arrangement. Island Records
Island Records is a multinational record label owned by Universal Music Group. "Thunder in My Heart" is a song by English-Australian singer Leo Sayer, from his fifth studio album, ''Thunder in My Heart'' (1977). The song was written by Sayer and Tom Snow, while produced by Richard Perry. It was released through Warner and Chrysalis Records in 1977, as the first single from the album. The disco song consists of a bassline and strings. "Thunder in My Heart" received generally positive reviews from music critics, who praised the production. It peaked at number 22 on the UK Singles Chart and at number 38 on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100. Gerard Hugh "Leo" Sayer (born 21 May 1948) is an English-Australian singer and songwriter whose singing career has spanned five decades. He has been an Australian citizen and resident since 2009. Sayer launched his career in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s, and he became a top singles and album act on both sides of the Atlantic in the 1970s. His first seven hit singles in the United Kingdom all reached the Top 10 – a feat first accomplished by his first manager, Adam Faith.
