Anusha Malli Bareddy (born 6 June 2003) is an Indian cricketer who currently plays for Andhra. She plays as a slow left-arm orthodox bowler. She made her international debut in July 2023, in a Twenty20 International for India against Bangladesh. Early life Anusha was born on 6 June 2003 in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. Domestic career Anusha made her debut for Andhra in the 2020–21 Women's Senior One Day Trophy against Uttar Pradesh, taking 1/17 from her 10 overs. In the 2022–23 Women's Senior One Day Trophy, she took her maiden List A five-wicket haul, with 5/10 from 8.1 overs against Tripura. International career In June 2023, Anusha played for India A at the 2023 ACC Women's T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup. The 2020–21 Women's Senior One Day Trophy was the 15th edition of the women's List A cricket competition in India. It took place from 11 March to 4 April 2021, with teams competing in round-robin divisions before a knockout stage. Railways won the tournament, their 12th title, beating Jharkhand in the final. Competition format The 37 teams competing in the tournament were divided into the Elite Group and the Plate Group, with the teams in the Elite Group further divided into Groups A, B, C, D and E. A women's cricket event was held as part of the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China from 19 to 25 September 2023. Nine teams took part in the event, and the participating teams were seeded according to their T20I rankings as of 1 June 2023. Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets in the bronze medal match. The 2023 ACC Women's T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup was the inaugural edition of the ACC Women's T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup played in Hong Kong in June 2023, with all the matches held at the Mission Road Ground in Kowloon. Eight teams took part in the tournament, including the A teams of four nations with ODI status and the next four top associate teams. The tournament was organized by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC). 7 of the scheduled 12 matches in the first round of the tournament were rained out.
