Ants Mellik
Ants Mellik (1 June 1926, Tartu – 26 September 2005) was an Estonian architect. Early life Ants Mellik graduated from Tallinn Secondary School in 1944 and continued his studies at the Tallinn Polytechnic Institute, graduating in 1950. From 1952–56, he was a post-graduate student at the Institute of Nutrition and, from 1958 to 1968, a research scientist. He worked on the "Estonian Project" in 1956–57 and was a member of the Construction Committee. From 1957 to 1958, he was a member of the Architectural Department of the Executive Committee of the Council of Workers' Deputies of the City of Tallinn. He was also a member of the "EKE Project" from 1968 to 1992. Personal Mellik was the son of sculptor Voldemar Mellik and Linda Mellik. He was the brother of architect Tõnu Mellik. Ants Väravas
Ants Väravas (10 June 1937 – 20 August 2018) was an Estonian cyclist, coach and sport personnel. He was born in Tallinn. In 1966 he graduated from Tallinn Pedagogical Institute's Faculty of Physical Education. He began his sport career in 1952. His first coaches were Olav Karikosk and Nikolai Matvejev. He was Soviet Union reserve cyclist at 1964 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo. 1960 and 1963 he won bronze medal at Peace Race, being a member of Soviet Union cycling team. He is multiple-times Soviet Union and Estonian champion in different cycling disciplines. 1966–1970 he was the head coach of Estonian national cycling team. Ants Paju
Ants Paju (10 September 1944 – 28 June 2011) was an Estonian politician, journalist, athlete, and engineer. He was a member of VIII Riigikogu. Ants Paju was born in the village of Tamsi, Pajusi Rural Municipality, Viljandi County (now, in Põltsamaa Parish, Jõgeva County). In 1949, aged four, he was deported with his family to Siberia with his family by Soviet authorities. Following the death of Joseph Stalin and the Khrushchev Thaw, the family were permitted to return to Estonia in 1955.
