Antonín Jeřábek
Antonín Jeřábek (born June 24, 1982) is a Czech ice hockey referee. Career Since 2006 he officiated in Extraliga. From 2014 he is a referee of Kontinental Hockey League (but he had already officiated 2 KHL games in the 2009/10 season, 2 games in the 2011/12 season and 2 games in the 2012/13 season). After the 2017/18 season he returned to Extraliga. He has officiated games at the World Ice Hockey Championships in 2012 (where he worked the gold-medal game), 2013 (where he also worked the gold-medal game), 2014, 2016, 2017 (where he worked the gold-medal game), 2018, he was selected for the 2020 championship (but that year, it got cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic) and he also officiated at the 2021 championship. Ice Hockey
Ice hockey (or simply hockey) is a team sport played on ice skates, usually on an ice skating rink with lines and markings specific to the sport. It belongs to a family of sports called hockey. The men's tournament in ice hockey at the 2014 Winter Olympics was held in Sochi, Russia between 12–23 February 2014. For the fifth consecutive Olympics, players from the National Hockey League participated. Twelve countries qualified for the tournament; nine of them did so automatically by virtue of their ranking by the International Ice Hockey Federation, while the other three took part in a qualification tournament. 2021 IIHF World Championship
The 2021 IIHF World Championship () took place from 21 May to 6 June 2021. It was originally to be co-hosted by Minsk, Belarus and Riga, Latvia, as the IIHF announced on 19 May 2017 in Cologne, Germany.
